Yoda, the Jedi Master from Star Wars, led and instructed Obi-wan Kenobi and Luke Skywalker to follow The Force. Although he was a wise and humble leader to his Jedi students, he was nevertheless a mischievous force around the Jedi council. At only 2 feet 2 inches tall, Yoda was the most powerful Jedi in the Galaxy.

Yoda walked with a cane called a gimer stick which also provided nutrition to him on occasion. The cane notwithstanding, Yoda was a fierce force to be reckoned with and was famous for the battles he fought with his lightsaber.

Yoda died when he was 900 years old but the wise, energetic elf has remained alive in the hearts of Star Wars fans all over the globe. To keep him close by, fans all over the world routinely snatch up Yoda merchandise including ringtones, posters, plush dolls, t-shirts, costumes, masks, and replicas of Yoda’s famous lightsaber.

Yoda-speak became an indelible part of pop culture and was widely parodied. Nevertheless, Yoda’s signature phrases have found a permanence and cellphone ringtones put his Yoda-isms at fans’ fingertips.
